Hotel Zapata - Boca Chica (Santo Domingo)

The place needs some serious TLC-everything felt a bit rundown with issues like loose shower faucets and rusty sink fixtures. Reminded me of I got stuck with a room that had more parking lot views than ocean sunsets.

I slept on my towel due to bed bugs, but the beach access was great.

Exceptional service, functional double room with a queen bed instead of a double bed, ABC plus AC. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location for Boca Chica, just next door to Boca Chica with a lot of parents and two baseball teams. Free parking right outside provided❤

It was a really great stay on vacation. I was upgraded to a spotless room. The staff was courteous and nice, was willing to help. The breakfast was satisfactory. The location was great and unbeatable, overlooking sea.

Very nice experience there. Knowledgeable staff, quirky hotel, tidy room. Amazing central location, so close to restaurants, the airport with a minivan, and the "Three Eyes" caves that were incredibly beautiful and mysterious. Authentic restaurant with tasty cuisine.
